Step-by-Step Guide to Book Measles and Rubella Vaccine KKM via MySejahtera App
The National Measles and Rubella Vaccination Campaign 2025 is now active across Malaysia. As a parent in Batu Pahat, this is a crucial opportunity to protect your child against these highly contagious diseases.
If you haven’t yet booked your child’s FREE vaccine appointment, follow this simple guide prepared by Dr Low Child Specialist Clinic Batu Pahat to get it done through the MySejahtera App.
Why This Vaccine Matters
Measles and rubella are preventable through timely vaccination. Children born between 1 August 2020 and 31 January 2025 are eligible for this Supplementary Immunisation Activity (MR SIA) by the Ministry of Health (KKM).
✅ How to Register and Book via MySejahtera:
Step 1: Open MySejahtera App
- Launch the MySejahtera app on your smartphone.
Step 2: Go to Appointments
- On the homepage, tap on “Appointments” at the top-right corner.
Step 3: Select Your Child
- You will see a list of registered names. If your child is not listed, register their name first.
- Example: For my son “Low Jayden”, I tapped on his name.
Step 4: Choose Service – MR SIA
- Select the “Measles and Rubella Supplementary Immunisation Activity” (MR SIA) from the service list.
Step 5: Select Nearest Clinic
- Turn on your phone’s location to find nearby clinics. For instance, we selected Klinik Kesihatan Parit Sulong.
Step 6: Choose Date & Time
- Select your preferred appointment slot. Example:
- 📅 Monday, 4th August 2025
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM
Step 7: Confirm Appointment
- Check the details, then tap Confirm to finalize your booking.
